Account Security Responsibilities

If you create an account to access course materials or manage your enrollment, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Choose a strong password, do not share your login information with others, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Enrollment Modifications and Cancellations

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to modify your course enrollment or schedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies vary by program and are communicated during registration. Generally, cancellations made at least two weeks before the course start date may be eligible for a refund, minus any administrative fees. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be refunded.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in prohibited activities, or fail to meet payment obligations. In such cases, you may not be eligible for refunds. You may also choose to close your account at any time by contacting us directly.

License to Course Participants

When you enroll in our courses, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials solely for your personal educational purposes. This license is valid for the duration of your course participation and any specified post-course access period. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from our course materials without explicit written permission.

Participant Contributions

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other submissions related to our services, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate such contributions into our services without compensation or attribution. Payment and Billing

Course Fees

Course fees are specified at the time of registration and must be paid before accessing course materials or attending sessions. Prices are listed in Japanese Yen (¥) and may be subject to change for future course offerings. Current registrations are honored at the price in effect at the time of enrollment.

Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as indicated during the registration process. All payments are processed securely through reputable payment processors. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the specified fees to your chosen payment method.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation request and the specific course terms. Generally, cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund minus administrative fees. Cancellations within 14 days of the start date may receive a partial refund or credit toward future courses. No refunds are provided after the course begins. Special circumstances are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
