You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Enrollment Modifications and Cancellations
We understand that circumstances change. If you need to modify your course enrollment or schedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies vary by program and are communicated during registration. Generally, cancellations made at least two weeks before the course start date may be eligible for a refund, minus any administrative fees. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be refunded.
Account Termination

In such cases, you may not be eligible for refunds. You may also choose to close your account at any time by contacting us directly.

Participant Contributions

Course Fees

Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation request and the specific course terms. Generally, cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund minus administrative fees. Cancellations within 14 days of the start date may receive a partial refund or credit toward future courses. No refunds are provided after the course begins. Special circumstances are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
